Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal.  If any purchase fails to satisfy you, simply return it within 15 days in its original condition with a valid receipt for a refund or exchange.  Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part.  We will pay the cost to reship your exchange.  Remember to include a copy of your receipt with the return of your merchandise.

Please send an email to CustomerService@Vintage-Sweaters.com with the subject “Return Request” to begin the return process.  Briefly explain the reason for your return request and include your order number.  We will reply with the procedures to return your merchandise.
